Shipping policy
- We work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible.
- We typically ship orders within 3 business days of the date of purchase except for North America's (Canada & USA) holidays (shipped next business day), or during periods of increased sales volume when the processing times can take longer.
- We ship all our orders by Express shipping with tracking:
- Canada: 2 - 6 business days
- United Sates: 3 - 10 business days

International: 2 - 3 weeks
These are standard delivery times but can be prolonged for reasons beyond our control, such as postal strikes or periods of increased mail traffic (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays). Shipping rates can be reviewed at checkout before payment. -
Import duties are not included in the shipping costs.
